User Data Deletion
You can request deletion of data associated with your interaction with the Masjid Cash WhatsApp prototype by sending the command /user-data-deletion to our WhatsApp bot.
How to Request Deletion
- Open the WhatsApp bot using the button below or scan the QR code.
- Send the message /user-data-deletion.
- We will process the request for data linked to your WhatsApp contact.
What Will Be Deleted
When applicable, we will delete or anonymize prototype records associated with your WhatsApp interaction, such as stored messages, command history, profile identifiers, and support notes that are no longer necessary.
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, platform integrity, or backup retention. WhatsApp and Meta may retain information according to their own policies and systems.
Processing Time
We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving enough information to identify the relevant WhatsApp contact.
